Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Delivery times depend on your country and are shown at checkout before you pay. Typical delivery is 6 to 12 business days.

Free delivery applies to every bundle of 2 jars or more.

If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us at help.novea@gmail.com and we will sort it out.
